Step:
Cut sliced pork belly into small pieces. Also cut Japanese leek in half lengthwise and then julienne.
Melt butter in a pan and stir fry the pork and Japanese leek.
When the pork and Japanese leeks are cooked through, add the shio-kombu and toss in the pan. Done!
Serve over a bowl of hot rice! Add a little wasabi to preference.

2 pinch Shio-kombu (6 grams)
1 piece Butter (about 10 grams)
1 serving Cooked white rice
1 Wasabi
1/3 to 1/2 Japanese leek
