Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces and marinate in sake and soy sauce (at a 4:1 ratio). *If this is too much work, you can omit this step!
Coat the tuna with katakuriko. Heat a large amount of oil in the frying pan and fry the tuna until crispy. Remove from the pan. Fry on medium heat and work quickly.
Chop the green peppers into chunks and lightly salt. Cook in the frying pan. *Cook speedily and don't overcook.
Return the tuna to the frying pan and flavor with the ★ ingredients. Finish with sesame oil and pepper. Don't mix them in too much.

200 grams Fresh tuna (sashimi quality)
3 Green bell peppers (3, plus)
1 ◎Sake, soy sauce (to marinate the tuna), as needed
1 Katakuriko or potato starch flour (to coat the tuna), as needed
