Mince the garlic and ginger. Cut the daikon into sticks, and then chop into 1cm cubes. Fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
Once the daikon radish becomes transparent, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the meat. Cook while breaking apart the meat with a spatula.
Add the doubanjiang spicy bean paste after the meat is broken up, add the ★ ingredients, give the pan a quick stir, and it's done.
It also tastes delicious over rice.
