Step:
Chop off the stem from the eggplant and slice to 5 mm diagonals. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the minced meat.
When the minced meat from Step 1 is cooked, put the eggplants, and let the eggplants absorb the oil whilst stir frying.
Put all ◎ ingredients into Step 2 in order and stir fry until softened. Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame to your liking. It's done.

200 grams Minced meat
1 to 2 tablespoons Oil
1 piece ◎Grated ginger
4 tbsp ◎ Sake
4 tbsp ◎ Mirin
2 tbsp ◎ Soy sauce
1/2 to 1 tablespoon ◎ Sugar
