Step:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, sear the pork until browned. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and stir fry for 30 seconds.

  2. Put spinach over the pork, pour 2 Tbsp water and cover to steam for a minute.

  3. Add soy sauce and vinegar and keep stir frying until the liquid is almost gone. Season with salt and pepper and vinegar.


Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch spinach (trim off the roots, rinse and drain well and cut into 3 cm pieces)
  2. 100 g pork belly (cut into 5 cm pieces)
  3. 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  4. 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  5. 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  6. 1 tsp soy sauce
  7. 1/2 sugar
  8. 1 Tbsp vinegar
  9. to taste salt and pepper
