Step:
Puree cayenne peppers, garlic, kencur, brown sugar, shrimp paste and salt.
Add the tempeh and coconut, stir to mix.
Put into a plastic bag or wrap with banana leaf, then steamed until cooked.
Serve the sambal together with vegetable and other dishes.
