Step:
Beat the eggs with milk and a little salt (1 egg + 1 tbsp milk), fry it and then roll. Remove and cut into pieces.
Saute onion and ginger until fragrant, put in chicken pieces. Cook until chicken changes color.
Add rice, red paprika and leek. Mix well.
Add soy sauce, vitsin, salt and pepper. Stir again, add sesame oil shortly before turning off the flame.
Place the fried rice in a serving dish, sprinkle with fried shallots and celery.
Serve with scrambled eggs (omelets) and fried peas.
Ingredients
600 gr white rice
300 gr chicken breast fillets, diced
90 gr red paprika/morrĂ³n, diced small
100 gr onions, sliced lengthwise
2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 leek, thinly sliced
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tsp salty soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Vitsin to taste (optional)
to taste Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
OMELET:
3 eggs
3 tbsp evaporated milk
COMPLEMENTARY
4 shallots, thinly sliced and fried
2 tbsp celery, chopped
120 gr fried peas
