Step:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, dust them with flour and shake off any excess.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sear the chicken on both side until browned, fragrant and crisp.

  3. Add all vegetables, chicken, ingredients in a large pot and stew over medium-low heat.until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.


Ingredients

  1. 1 canned tomato
  2. 300 g chicken breast
  3. 1 onion (peeled, sliced thinly, stir fried well until golden browned)
  4. 1/3 carrot (cut into thin slices)
  5. 4-5 cabbage leaves (cut into bite sized pieces, boiled lightly)
  6. 10 cm celery (cut into thin sticks)
  7. 1 bouillon cube
  8. 50 cc tomato juice
  9. 50-100 cc water
  10. 3 tbsp white wine
  11. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  12. 1-2 tbsp sugar
  13. 1 tbsp olive oil
  14. 30 g flour
  15. salt & pepper
