Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, dust them with flour and shake off any excess.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sear the chicken on both side until browned, fragrant and crisp.
Add all vegetables, chicken, ingredients in a large pot and stew over medium-low heat.until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

1 canned tomato
300 g chicken breast
1 onion (peeled, sliced thinly, stir fried well until golden browned)
1/3 carrot (cut into thin slices)
4-5 cabbage leaves (cut into bite sized pieces, boiled lightly)
10 cm celery (cut into thin sticks)
1 bouillon cube
50 cc tomato juice
50-100 cc water
3 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
30 g flour
salt & pepper
