I tend to eye ball a lot. put cut up veggies in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper, Italian season, and the melted HERBAL BUTTER. and sprinkle salt on veggies with a light hand because of salted butter. mix veggies by hand.
lay veggies on a DOUBLE LAYER of aluminum foil. lay 2-3 ice cubes on top of veggies. fold foil into a packet.. fold down the middle and then fold in each end. it should be a loose pouch...
put this on the grill the last 30 minutes that your meat is cooking. put it on the edge of the coals.
needs to cook for 30 minutes on Med/high heat.
