Step:

  1. beat eggs with rotary beater or fork

  2. blend in sugar using spoon

  3. stir in syrup, butter, and chocolate

  4. add pecans

  5. fill pie crust

  6. cover edge with foil all around

  7. bake at 350°F for 25 minutes

  8. remove foil for additional 25 minutes

  9. pie is done when a knife, inserted into center of pie, comes out clean


Ingredients

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1 cup pecan halves
  3. 1 cup light brown sugar
  4. 1 cup dark corn syrup
  5. 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  6. 2 square baking chocolate, semisweet, melted
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
