soak toothpicks /cocktail sticks in warm water for about 20 minutes before use to avoid them burning .
Bring a pot of water to boil and add the potatoes and boil for 10 minutes and drain . Now brush the potatoes all over with the olive oil .
But each rasher of bacon slice in half widthways , now holding each piece at one end , smooth and stretch it with a knife . Then wrap a piece of bacon around a potato , enclosing a sage leaf inside and securing it to the potato with a toothpick / cocktail stick .
cook in preheated frypan with a littt oil for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through , turning occasionally . serve hot or cold . enjoy . :-)
