Step:
brown beef in hot oil in a large heavy kettle. if not u can use any large pot.
add jalapenos, onion, garlic,tomatillos and green pepper to the beef. toss together.
add rest of ingredients. mix well. bring to a full boil.
reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours our until beef is very tender.

I've made this once and my dad makes this alot in the winter. I don't add the hot peppers at all cuz I can't do spicy. but this chili is to die for
Ingredients
2 lb beef chuck, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 tomatillos, husked, washed and chopped
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cup beef broth
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
5 fresh jalapeno peppers, diced [discard seeds and membranes] or for extra hot use habanero chili peppers
