  2. 150 ml almond milk / safe milk of choice
  3. 1 tbsp almond butter / preferred seed butter
  4. 1 tbsp milled flaxseeds / linseed
  5. to taste maple syrup or agave nectar
  6. 3 small drops almond or vanilla extract to make it even tastier!
