Step:

  1. Put icecube into large glass,make the coffee, chill to between hot and lukewarm.Pour over the icecube,about 3/4 full.Add the icecream the liqieur if using and top with the cream,sprinkle with cardamom.Add the straws and a spoon and enjoy.

  2. If you don't want to use cream from can, use whipped cream to decorate top in a pretty fashion

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup good strong black coffee
  2. 1 ice cube
  3. 2 scoops best vanilla icecream
  4. 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  5. 1 good squirt of cream from can
  6. 1 large glass
  7. 2 straws
  8. 1 tsp for eating icecream and cream
  9. 1 pinch generous, of fresh cracked or ground cardamom
