Step:

  1. for panckes mix all ingredient together in a large bowl

  2. for syrup mix first 4 ingredients together in sauce pan on low heat.

  3. then add cider and lemon juice and bring to a boil, then add the 1/4 of butter

  4. let it all blend well

  5. serve the pancakes and syrup with a dollop of sour cream

  1. 1 PANCAKES
  2. 2 cup bisquick( or any pancake mix)
  3. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 large egg
  5. 1 1/3 cup milk
  6. 3/4 cup grated granny smith apples
  7. 1 APPLE CIDER SYRUP
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. 2 tbsp cornstarch with equal parts water
  10. 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  11. 2 cup apple cider
  12. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  13. 1/4 cup butter
