Step:

  1. Boil the water in either a kettle or a saucepan

  2. Turn off the heat, add the tea, cover and let steep for 5 minutes

  3. Add the mint leaves and continue steeping for a further 5 minutes

  4. Stir in the sugar until dissolved then strain into a jug

  5. Serve hot with a sprig of mint or serve chilled over ice

  6. The sugar can be substituted for 60mls of agave nectar + to taste

  2. 3 tbsp loose green tea or 5 teabags
  3. 1 bunch mint leaves
  4. 100 grams sugar + extra to taste
