Step:

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized strips; set aside.

  2. For sauce, in a small bowl stir together honey, vinegar, orange juice, soy sauce, and for starch; set aside.

  3. Pour oil into a wok or large skillet. Heat over medium high heat. Add vegetables to wok; cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Remove vegetables from wok.

  4. Add chicken to wok; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink. Push chicken to the center of wok. Stir sauce; add to the center of the wok. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

  5. Return cooked vegetables to wok. Cook and stir about 1 minute more until heated through.

  6. Serve over rice.


Ingredients

  1. 12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs
  2. 2 tbsp honey
  3. 2 tbsp vinegar
  4. 2 tbsp orange juice
  5. 4 tsp soy sauce
  6. 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. 4 cup cut up vegetables, such as broccoli, sweet pepper, onion and/or mushrooms
  9. 2 cup hot cooked rice
