Lightly greased and line a 16 x 26 cm slice pan with baking paper.
Place the chocolate in a large microwave bowl. Cook in medium (50% power in 30 seconds intervals) stirring until melted and smooth.
Stir the biscuit, marsmallow and cherries through, coating well with the chocolate.
Spoon into the tray, spreading evenly. Chill for 20 minutes intil firm. Cut into squares to serve. Store in airtight container, if desired.
