Marinate meat with tocino mix for at least one hour. In a cooking pan, cook meat in marinade and enough amount of water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat, cover and simmer until water dries up and meat starts to sizzle. Increase heat and cook until meat has a shiny reddish-brown color. Serve hot.
Meat should be cut into 1/4 thick slices. We can use pork or beef meat.
