Step:

  1. In a saucepan, bring water, tomatoes and onions to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add green beans, green pepper and fish sauce to taste. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes again.

  3. Pour in sinigang mix. Increase the heat and bring toa boil.

  4. Add the pork. Simmer for 40 minutes in a low medium heat until the pork is tenderly cooked. Turn off the heat and add the leafy vegetables. Cover to cook.

  5. Serve hot!!!

  1. 1 kg pork belly
  2. 200 grams leafy vegetables, (kangkong or spinach)
  3. 3 tbsp fish sauce
  4. 200 grams long string green beans cut into 2 inch lenght
  5. 1 cup or 2 medium sized tomato (quartered)
  6. 3 pieces long green pepper
  7. 2 liter water or rice water
  8. 1 large onion sliced
  9. 1 packages sinigang mix
