Make instant chocolate pudding adding ingredients listed. let thicken in fridge

Make whipping cream adding ingredients, whip on high speed till thickened

Now with a small measuring spoon scoop out particial center of cupcake add a small amount of pudding. Now add whipping as desired.top with chocolate sprinkles and cocoa powder
