Step:

  1. Bake hash browns according to directions.

  3. Warm ham in pan.

  4. Prepare hollandaise according to directions. ( I have tried many hollandaise recipes, but still prefer the package stuff.)

  5. Assemble as follows: hash brown, ham, egg, hollandaise.

  6. Top with chives, salt and pepper. Enjoy! :-)
