  1. Place the raisins and Sambuca in a small pot over medium heat and reduce by half.

  2. Add to a food processor or blender along with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Puree until fine.

  4. Serve at room temperature.

  5. *We used this on fish (Snapper), and it was very good.*


Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup golden raisins
  2. 2 tbsp Sambuca liqueur
  3. 1 cup chopped parsley stems (I used Italian) cleaned
  4. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  9. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
