Step:

  1. preheat oven to 375

  2. heat a pan with olive oil on med high heat. season fish both sides with seasonings. Add to hot pan y our gonna sear them on each side 1 minute your not cooking your just searing they finish in oven. set aside into a casserole dish or paperlined baking sheet

  3. chop tomatoes in 1/2 thin slice onions also finely chop chili no seeds. add tomatoes, onion n chili to same pan u cooked fish, season with salt cook down about 5minutes add cilantro basil turn of heat. top each piece of fish with salsa.

  4. now add bread herbs and cheese to chopper till u get all incorporated and a fine crust. top fish generously bake 6 minutes.

  5. garnish olive oil & balsamic around plate..ENJOY!!

  2. 1/2 tsp oregano
  3. 1/2 tsp tajin seasoning
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 olive oil to garnish
  7. 1 balsamic vinegar to garnish
  8. 1 limes to taste
  9. salsa topping
  10. 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. 1/3 bunch chopped cilantro
  13. 2 tsp chopped basil
  14. 1/2 thinly sliced purple onion
  15. 1/2 serrano chili finely diced
  16. herb crust
  17. 2 cup day old hardened french bread
  18. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  19. 2 tbsp basil
  20. 1/3 cup cilantro
