Wonderful Waffles

Preheat waffle iron and grease or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with the vanilla and milk.

Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Cook according to your waffle iron's directions.

Serve with jam, butter and syrup, etc.
