Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Cook Penne according to package directions

  3. Brown sausage, onion and garlic

  4. Add mushrooms, saute 3 minutes

  5. Add pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes

  6. Simmer 8 minutes stirring occasionally

  7. Combine sausage, pasta, spinach, mozzarella and 1/2 of parm/romano

  8. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish

  9. Sprinkle remaining parm/romano on top

  10. Bake 15 minutes


Ingredients

  1. 12 oz Gluten free Penne
  2. 1 lb ground hot Italian sausage
  3. 1 Onion, diced
  4. 4 clove Garlic, minced
  5. 8 oz Button Mushrooms, sliced
  6. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  7. 3 tsp Italian Seasoning
  8. 14 oz 2 cans of Italian seasoned Crushed Tomators
  9. 3 cup Fresh Spinach
  10. 8 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed
  11. 2 cup Fresh grated Parm/Romano blend
