Step:

  1. Slice sausage into medallions heat butter in a wok or pan add sausage

  5. 1/2 lb smoked sausage
  6. 1 cup chopped celery
  7. 1 baby carrot grated
  8. 2 1/2 tbsp butter
  9. 2 tbsp cornstarch
  10. 1/4 cup water
