Simple Guacamole

This is how I make Guacamole. I know some like to add onions, I heard the original recipe doesn't even have tomatoes, and many like Cilantro. But this is the way I like to eat it: No onion and no cilantro.

Remove the pits and smash the avocados. I like using a whisk for this.

Cut the tomato into small cubes

Add the tomato cubes to the smashed avocados and mix well.

Add the juice of 1 lime.

Now just season it with salt, pepper and, if you want, garlic salt.

Serve with tortilla chips.
