Let butter and cream cheese get to room temperature
Beat cream cheese and butter together
Beat in peanut butter
Mix in caramel
One cup at a time, add powdered sugar. ..mixing well
Makes about 3 cups. Store in refrigerator in air tight container. Let it come to room temperature before using.
*note* u can use a teaspoon less of the caramel if u prefer a lighter caramel flavor. You can also use a cup more powdered sugar if you want a sweeter flavor. I like to garnish top of frosted cupcakes/cake with peanut butter cups.
