Step:

  1. In a microwave safe cup, heat half and half in microwave for 90 seconds.

  2. Add in espresso powder and stir.

  3. Add chips and let sit for 2 minutes to melt chocolate. Then whisk smooth.

  4. Let ganache sit and thicken for 15 minutes before topping a cake.
