Boil the pasta on high heat until al dente.
Remove from the stove and drain the excess water. Turn the burner down to low heat. Place back on the stove and add the "butter" and the "milk" and the salt
Stir in both types of "cheese".
Stir CONTINUOUSLY until all the cheese and butter melt to create a thick cheese sauce. Add more milk or cheese to create your preferred consistency.
