Step:

  1. start be heating oven to 375

  2. heat a skillet & add all chicken items together cook till done drain any fat set aside

  3. to a heated skillet add olive oil, garlic and all diced veggie items, you just want to cook down about 10minutes on medium high heat till the veggies release most of there water. set aside

  4. now move onto sauce; add olive oil, garlic & onion to a heat pot. Sautee about 4 minutes on medium heat add in all other sauce items. let cook about 20 minutes on med low heat, taste for seasonings. Once done add in veggies & chicken let cook another 10-15 minutes.

  5. boil noodles as directed on package with a pinch of salt

  6. add ricotta to a bowl with egg yolk mix well set aside

  7. now assemble. add a small amount of sauce on bottom of casserole add noodles, sauce, ricotta, & regular cheese. continue till finished. top with more cheese & parmesan. bake 30-35 minutes

  2. 1 bag Monterey jack cheese
  3. 1 bag shredded mozzarella
  4. 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  5. 1 room temp ricotta cheese
  6. 1 egg yolk
  7. sauce
  8. 2 cup water
  9. 1 small can tomato paste
  10. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  11. 1/2 chopped onion
  12. 1 tbsp oregano
  13. 1 tbsp olive oil
  14. 1 tbsp garlic salt
  15. 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  16. 1 pinch rosemary
  17. 1 salt to taste
  18. 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  19. 1 pepper to taste
  20. 3 can diced italian tomatoes
  21. chicken items
  22. 2 lb ground chicken
  23. 1 tbsp McCormick montreal chicken seasoning
  24. 1 tbsp parsley
  25. 1 tsp garlic salt
  26. veggies
  27. 1 tsp pepper
  28. 1 diced eggplant
  29. 1 chopped yellow bell pepper
  30. 1 red & green bell pepper
  31. 3 chopped zucchini
  32. 1/2 chopped onion
  33. 1 tbsp olive oil
  34. 1 tsp minced garlic
  35. 1 tsp salt
