Wild bird treat mix

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

Add peanut butter and water.

Mix well. Add more water if necessary to make a stiff dough.

Spread in a 9" x 13" pan. use a knife to cut into 2" x 4" bars. Leave bars in place.

Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes. Leave in pan to cool. Cut into bars along cut lines. Keep any remaining bars that you don't use right away in the refrigerator.
