Step:

  1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat. Stir fry bittergourd and chilli for 2 minutes.

  2. Add fermented soya bean. Stir fry evenly for about 1 minute till bittergourd softened.

  4. 1 piece red chilli, remove seeds, cut into small bits (please use gloves! )
  5. 2 tbsp fermented soya bean (taucu)
