Step:

  1. Heat grill to about 450°F.

  2. Lay out a sheet of foil and curl the ends to prevent spilling.

  3. Add the Tilapia to the foil and top with pieces of butter, salt, pepper, lime juice, wine, and cilantro.

  4. Grill until the fish is an opaque white and flakes easily.

  5. Heat oil in sauce pan.

  6. Dice the onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

  7. Add the red pepper, tumeric, ginger, lemon and lime juices and stir until fragrant.

  8. Add the pineapple chunks with the coconut and stir to incorporate.

  9. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and simmer mover low heat, stirring often.

  10. Remove the Tilapia from the grill and plate.

  11. Top the fish with the sauce and serve with any sides you have prepared.

  2. 3 tsp vegetable oil
  3. 1/2 sweet onion
  4. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  5. 1 tsp turmeric
  6. 1 tsp ground ginger
  7. 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 2 tsp lime juice
  9. 1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  10. 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  11. 8 oz sweetened condensed milk
  12. 1/2 tsp salt
  13. 2 pinch granulated sugar
  14. Tilapia
  15. 1 1/2 lb Tilapia
  16. 1 tbsp lime juice
  17. 3 tbsp butter
  18. 1/4 tsp Mediterranean Sea salt
  19. 1/4 tsp freshly cracked peppercorns
  20. 8 stick cilantro
  21. 2 tbsp dry white wine
