  3. 2 tsp roasted and ground coriander
  4. 2 tsp roasted and ground cumin
  5. 2 tsp dried Mexican oregano
  6. 1 tsp onion powder
  7. 1 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp paprika
  9. 1 tsp ground white pepper
  10. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  11. 1 pinch salt
  12. 1 vegetable oil; as needed
