Step:
Mix all in blender,blend only all ingredients mixed well,not too much smooth,taste and add your more favorite taste,can keep in refrigerator ,as I add lemongrass and galangal good for stomach :)
This sauce is multifunction , you can use in many Thai dishes or use as salad dressing ,but not too much as it is spicy !..for example ; Dip with baked shrimps and vermicelli
With local style food and fresh vegetables
Salad dressing : pomelo salad ,apple spicy salad
Dip with hot pot or suki-yaki at home
Seafood or any meat salad
Grilled pork ,fish or beef
Easy Tom Yum at home
Wrapped dishes : fish wrapped ,pork grill wrapped

250 ml Lime juice
200 ml Fish sauce
300 ml Sugar syrups
100 ml Boiled water/ allow to cool
