Slice the coloured peppers into rings. Chop the bell pepper. Chop the onion
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
Heat oil. Add chicken, white pepper, onions, garlic, peppers, and salt. Stir well, keep an eye on it. Stirring occasionally.
When chicken is done and onions are tender, remove from heat. Drain excessive liquids a little bit is good to have. Add cashews and mayonnaise. Mix well. Serve immediately. Hope you enjoy!
