Step:

  1. Slice the hotdogs lengthwise, but not all the way thru.

  2. Heat oil and fry the hotdogs till crispy

  3. Add hotdogs to a plate top with coleslaw. To my coleslaw recipe I added quarter cup of shredded carrots.
