Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ.

  2. Wrap a piece of bacon around each pear slice.

  3. Lay sideways on a foil lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake 30-40 minutes turning the pears over half-way through and basting them with the bacon grease.

  5. Plate and drizzle with honey and salt & pepper to taste.

  1. 1 pear, cored and sliced
  2. 8 slice thick cut bacon
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 salt and pepper to taste (optional)
