Step:

  1. Cut beef to 1 inch pieces or bigger

  2. Make fine paste from garlic,coriander roots,galangal,lemongrass,coriander seeds

  3. Add seasoning ingredients ; soy sauce,oyster sauce,sugar,black pepper,coconut milk,stir to mix

  4. Add beef ,mix,marinate overnight or use immediately , stab four or five pieces to each bamboo skewers ,this time i only make for 2 as appetizer ,if you want to make more than this please double or triple the ingredients listed

  5. Set grill pan on medium high heat , or charcoal ,add some oil ,then grill 2 mins on each side,pour marinate sauce over skewers one mins before done

  6. Serve hot with marinated cucumber and thai peanut sauce

Ingredients

  1. 200 grams beef
  2. 1/2 tbsp curry powder
  3. 100 ml coconut milk
  4. 1/2 tbsp each oyster sauce and soy sauce
  5. 2/3 tsp brown sugar
  6. 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
  7. 2 clove garlic
  8. 1 tsp coriander root
  9. 1/2 tsp each fine slice of galangal and lemongrass
  10. 8 bamboo skewers
  11. 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
