Slice the monkfish and boil it in salty water fir 25-30 min.
Chop the chillies and fry with olive oil.
Add the shrimps to the chilli. Once te monkfish is cooked, shred it and add to shrimp. Season with salt.
Cook for 3 more minutes, out on a tray, pour some oluve oil and serve.
Alternative: bake the monkfish as explained in this recipe at step 1,put iton a tray, then put the shrimp on top, pouring the spicy oil over it.
