Zest lime. Set zest aside. Set aside half of its juice.
In a large skillet over medium heat add ground turkey.
Cut red pepper and Roma tomato into small dice and add to turkey.
Break up meat as you cook. Cook for four minutes.
Add juice of half the lime, black beans and all the spices and chili sauce.
Cook until meat is cooked through. Just about five minutes more.
Cut avocado half into cubes.
Add zest to sour cream.
Now assemble. Place lettuce leaves onto plate. Spoon two heaping tablespoons of filling onto lettuce.
Top with some avocado cubes and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve and enjoy.
